Founder Anthony Lombardo carries forward a legacy of service that began long before Roof Plus was born. A United States Marine Corps veteran, Anthony brings the same discipline, integrity, and attention to detail that defined his military career into every roof our team repairs or installs.
The lessons he learned in the Marines – honor, courage, and commitment – aren’t just mottos to Anthony. They instilled in him a lifelong commitment to service and excellence, and they’re the foundation that inspired him and his wife to craft the Roof Plus core values:

Anthony’s respect for service and craftsmanship runs deep in his family. His father, Salvatore Lombardo, proudly served in the U.S. Army before building a respected career in roofing. Salvatore was well known for his hard work, grit, and putting others first. Watching Salvatore’s dedication to his country, his family, and his craft, inspired Anthony to follow in his footsteps.
The family legacy extends even further back to Anthony Marinella, Anthony’s maternal grandfather, who also served in the Army. Together, these three generations of servicemen instilled in the Lombardo family — and in Roof Plus — a shared sense of duty, discipline, and pride in doing things the right way.
